Welcome to Starfish Cottage, in Normandy Beach, NJ.
We custom built our waterfront home in 2016, because the location has the best of both worlds. It's on a lagoon with open sunset views of Barnegat Bay, while still being just three blocks from the ocean! It’s just a short walk or bike ride to the Super Market, Restaurants and the local ice cream shop!
We include 8 beach badges for your friends and family, but you may not want to go anywhere... Why? because the private heated pool, dock for your boat is right in the back yard!
That is only equaled by the super cool open air living area with sectional coach with smart TV, teak dining table and bar. This finished hang out area is located right under the house, to get out of the sun or rain but allows you to still enjoy the open sea air.
The main living floor has an open plan with a huge island in the middle of kitchen, great room, and private porch overlooking the bay. For your convenience there is also a private outdoor rain shower and laundry mud room right off the kitchen when coming home from the beach or from your private heated pool!
The sleeping quarters feature two large bedrooms that have King Sized beds. One of those is a Master Bedroom with on-suite bathroom and a private deck overlooking the bay.
There are two more big bedrooms with bunk beds that sleep 3-4 people each each. Lastly, there is also a bunk room that sleeps six for extra guests. There is also a private office with a desk with monitor in case you need to work, or even a pull out couch for extra guests too.
